Learn to love Mondays

The first day of the workweek can hit hard. But why wait until Friday to be happy when Monday can be just as good? In 10 days you can learn how to love Mondays as much as Fridays and weekends.
The Monday blues hit many like a disease but why waste a whole day per week being grumpy, sullen and tired just because it happens to be Monday and not Friday?
According to business coach Martin Erichsen you can learn to love Mondays just as much as Fridays in 10 days. All you need is a change of attitude and lots of training.
Whther it is the beginning of the new year, the diet or the career most people are impatient. Things happen too slowly.
We trick ourselves into believing that everything will be better later when we get in shape, when we are happy, laughing and have put all the boring tasks behind us – when it's Friday. We seduce ourselves with the story of how, one day when the week is over and done with, THEN the good feeling will come. You sedate yourself because it is not true.
