The fear of failing lowers your ambitions. Paradoxically eonugh this has a benefit, namely that it is easier to reach your target.
Think of the time when you broke a limit. Your heart was racing and your pulse rose, but afterwards you thought: "Was that all?"
The challenge is rarely that we set our goals too high and miss them, but rather that we set them too low and hit the mark.
If you dedicate the right amount of time and focus, you reach your goal much easier and faster than you thought you could.
The problem is that most people spend a tremendous amount of energy getting started, because they keep stopping.
It's like pushing the snooze button in the morning. The more times you push it, the more times the body needs to use energy to wake up and in the end you have less energy.
SO: Turn off the internal snooze button and accept that fear and doubt are feelings that are a part of life. It will help you reach your goal faster than you thought.
