We used Martin Erichsen to kick off our customer event and it was a huge success! The atmosphere was fantastic for the rest of the evening and our dialogue with the customer has since been full of high fives and good humour!

We got home physically unscathed from Phuket. We had to run from the tsunami and lived through the worst nightmare of our lives. When minute for minute you are making decisions about survival, you have to focus on one thing at a time and not believe that everything is impossible and think "we don't dare do that".

We went fire walking in October and think you gave us some tools that we unwittingly used in the midst of all that chaos. Perhaps we would have acted like that anyway – no one will ever know. We never panicked at any time. The whole family of 11 just had to escape from that nightmare.

Home again safe and back to something like normal, I cautiously mentioned to my husband that I felt your course had helped me with my actions.... and he had thought the same thing. So there must be something in it!

We just thought you should know that you were in our thoughts during the disaster in Asia.
