Even with a mix of staff from Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, Australia and South America, Martin created an environment where all barriers came tumbling down. His teambuilding exercises were so good that no one could keep a straight face.

It's easy enough to get people from all over the world walking in the same direction - you just need to give them a good laugh, and Martin did just that.
