Staff from various departments and nationalities were treated to a shared experience that was quite out of the ordinary.

It was impressive seeing how Martin instantly created an atmosphere of security and trust, which meant that without hesitating, everyone threw themselves into exercises that stretched their limits. The response, which was unmistakeable, came in the form of smiles, roaring laughter and a euphoria that shone from people's eyes.
