It was our impression that Martin Erichsen mastered this skill to perfection. Within a very short time frame he created a comfortable environment where colleagues could really get to know each other. We actually managed to brake down some of the barriers which we previously had been trying to overcome.

Suddenly, what used to be a busy day at work with meetings and deadlines transformed into true contact between the team members. We were so energized that the atmosphere ran through into the following week.
