Receipt
The receipt is the last step in the purchasing process, and we recommend that you print it out immediately after making your purchase. The receipt is to be shown in the event that you request a refund.
Refunds/Right to cancel a purchase
Downloads and tickets bought online: Martin Erichsen will not refund money for the purchase of tickets. With reference to "Laws on certain consumer agreements section 17, paragraph 2 res. section 9 paragraph 2 no. 2a", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right to withdraw from a transaction. ON PURCHASE OF OTHER ELECTRONIC GOODS WITH IMMEDIATE DELIVERY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Physical items: You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt by returning the goods purchased in an unused state in their original packaging. The receipt must always be enclosed. You can also exercise your right to cancel by declining to accept delivery of the goods. If the fourteenth day falls on a non-working day, it is deemed to be the first working day thereafter.

Complaints
If the goods delivered are not as ordered, or if the product is faulty, Danish legislation gives you two years in which to raise a complaint, starting from the date on which you receive the goods. Complaints regarding faulty goods and shortcomings must be reported to theMcompany.com within a reasonable time and at no later than two months after the fault is discovered or should have been discovered.
Once MartinErichsen.com receives notification of a fault, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
Errors and omissions excepted
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE LIABILITY FOR PRINTING ERRORS, PRICING ERRORS, CHANGES IN VAT AND OTHER TAXES AS WELL AS NON-DELIVERY BY POSTAL SERVICES AFTER DISPATCH.

Before purchasing goods on MartinErichsen.com, you must register your name, telephone number and email address. This information will be transmitted in encrypted form when you send them to us. A padlock icon will be visible on the screen.
Personal data registered with MartinErichsen.dk is stored for five years, after which it is deleted. We register personal information for the purpose of contacting you if the event is cancelled, for example.
As a registered customer, you are always welcome to check the data, in accordance with Danish legislation. All employees at theMcompany.com have access to the data. The information will not be passed to third parties.
